Spreading Thanks – Day 13

My son has taught me so much and one of those things is to be content with what we have. Today was a perfect example. These two items: a plastic pacifier box and a rubber Gumby (please tell me someone knows who Gumby is!) kept him occupied during a train ride that took over 90 minutes longer than expected. I did have some snacks and a few other toys with us, but Little One remained content with these two items for over three hours. I was humbly reminded to be content with that which I am given.

Ahmeli… that we may be genuinely content with that which we have, especially when it is not that which we had initially desired.
